What are your hours of operation?

We are a Micro Bakery, so hours depend on pickup times currently.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery for orders over a certain amount. Please contact us for more details!

Can I place an order in advance?

Absolutely! We recommend ordering ahead, especially for special occasions, to ensure availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, cash, and contactless payment such as Venmo and Paypal.

General Information

To place an order you must submit the order inquiry form. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. Please note that simply discussing or agreeing on order details through text, email, social media messaging, on the phone or in person does not constitute a confirmed order. Your order is only confirmed once the order inquiry form is submitted and a quote is provided, and the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due in full upon pick-up.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please provide a minimum of 96 hours' notice. Your deposit can then be applied to a future order within 365 days of the original order date subject to availability at the sole discretion of Sugar Sparks Bakery. If notice of intent to cancel/change order is not given within 96 hours and you no longer wish to complete the original order or reschedule it for a future date, the deposit will be forfeited and the order will not be made and the client will not be responsible for any further payment.

Please ensure timely pick-up of your order at the agreed-upon time. If products are not picked up on time, they may be removed from refrigeration and/or discarded due to space limitations, and no refund will be provided.

Sugar Sparks Bakery is not responsible for any loss, damage or deterioration of condition of any products once they leave our facility and/or physical custody. By accepting physical custody and paying in full for the product you agree that you have examined and are satisfied with the appearance and condition of the products. If you have any questions about how to transport, store, handle or care for your products, please ask at time of pick up.
